What is the Commitment Program?
The Commitment Program gives you a chance to have Your Personal Trainer available to you up to 4 days a week.
Anyone who ever trained with a personal trainer can tell you that scheduling training appointments with today’s busy lifestyles can be a tricky task

The Commitment Program
gives you the chance to plan up to 4 training sessions every week. If 2 or 3 of those days do not work out , you’ll still get training sessions in each week. If scheduling went as planned, the extra training ensure
faster success
.
Most clients who work with a trainer do so because they are not motivated on their own
. If you pay me to work out 2 times per week, your goals could become a reality! Imagine scheduling up to 4 sessions per week with me? Even if you only actually work with me 2 or 3 of those sessions, you are still working out more days per week, most of the time.
What are the advantages of the Commitment Program?
With the Commitment Program
you are not required to cancel sessions with a 24-hour notice, a simple 1 or 2 hour notification is enough (depending on travel distance) and
cancellations are not charged for
.
You can
change your session appointments several times every week if the need arises. Instead of scheduling each week's sessions in advance, you can reschedule your fitness plan "on the go", which gives you the opportunity to
plan your training sessions around your busy schedule
, instead of having to plan your schedule around your training sessions.
This program will prevent you from losing enthusiasm for your fitness program, and help you to avoid quiting working out.
Most personal trainers
give their clients a very structured exercise program. The trainer will usually try to cram in as many exercises as possible on the 3 days per week that he sees the client. The trainer then usually tells the client to take care of cardiovascular training by themselves.
In many cases the client will become de-motivated and unable to continue the training program.
With the Commitment Program
, I can be involved in your cardiovascular training and there are no limits to the ways that can be achieved.! We can spend more time enjoying varied activity workouts, and I can even do the cardiovascular workouts with you if you wish.
Now you have no reason not to get in shape!
My responsibility
is to educate you on how to exercise and eat right, and to keep you motivated. The more you learn and exercise, the faster and more safely you will achieve your goals!
I realize that your commitment cannot end when you leave the gym
. Part of my commitment to you will be accompanying you to your local grocery store and helping you make healthy food choices.
If you just can't imagine actually doing it every day on your own, now you have the chance to get an unlimited amount of time with your trainer, and to get the body you have always wanted!
Rules :
- RECEIVE A FREE WEEK OF PERSONAL TRAINING
For every new client referred by you, who signs
up for a month of training!!
- Training fees are due at the time of monthly engagement.
This is a part of your commitment to yourself and me and
will help you stick to your decision to get in shape.
- Training sessions vary in length depending on the type
of training required, rates may vary accordingly.
- A consultation is free and includes a health history
screening and a lifestyle assessment.
Usually the consultation is followed by a fitness
assessment and can also include your
'before picture' per your request.
- Session cancellations are free of charge.
- I reserve the right to determine the amount of
sessions per week that is right for you at the time
of your fitness assessment.
You can also use some of these sessions to set goals,
track progress and learn to eat and/or shop right. No
