DAY 1 DAY 28

Fiona has been a client of mine for over a year, during which time she has lost over 60lbs! After hearing about her frustrations after the holiday season I helped her push through a weight loss plateau with the help of my own modified version of the Velocity Diet.
This is what Fiona had to say about the plan:
If I was asked to sum this plan up in one word, it would have to be "Amazing"!. Now let me tell you why! At the start of holiday season and beyond, temptation got the better of me and I started to put on pounds. No matter how hard I tried, I could not seem to curb my cravings and was eating everything in sight. Sadly, I was spiraling out of control and starting to sink into depression.
This is where Graham, my awesome Personal Trainer, saves me! At a training session, I was venting about my frustrations, the guilt, etc. and he said I have just what you need to kick start your body and put you back on track again. He said, "I want you to try my modified version of The Velocity Diet". I was desperate and agreed to adhere to the strict 28 day diet. After all, 28 days was not that long to commit too!
So, under Graham's guidance, I started the plan which consisted of shakes and one solid meal a week. It was unbelievably easy to follow, a no-brainer as there is no counting calories or writing in a diary, and so very convenient for a busy Mom like myself who works full-time and is always on the go! After the first few days, I noticed that all my cravings had totally disappeared and I did not even think about food anymore (now I love my food....so this was a miracle for me!). Also I felt full and satisfied and never hungry on this diet. My energy level went up and I have never felt so healthy! It totally cleansed my body and my mind and because of the change in habits and food preferences, I was not tempted to cheat or binge.
The pounds began to melt away so fast...I could not believe it! The dramatic results were so amazing and it was just what I need to give me the kick start I needed to get out of the slump I was in and a renewed dedication/determination to reaching my goals. I have completed the 28 days and am so proud and thrilled to share that I have lost a total of 24 pounds, not to mention the reduction in body fat, and inches off all parts of my body!
