Train With Graham Harding



Welcome to the world of “Real” online training. This is where you finally take control of your life as it pertains to health and fitness- and where I outline, design and explain everything you need to know about my online training programs and nutrition suggestions.

First off, in case you missed it, my name is Graham Harding. I am a certified personal trainer with fifteen years of professional experience. 

My clients include everyday individuals i.e., professional men and women, teens, seniors and general fitness enthusiasts. I am lucky enough to make my living assisting others with their fat loss, muscle, strength and cardio respiratory advancements.

With my online services I am now able to help many more people and offer so much more in regards to program design, nutrition suggestions and trainer-client interaction due to state-of-the-art software.

Online training allows me to personally interact with you. It allows me the freedom to design a complete fitness program based upon your current health, logistics (…in home or in the gym) and specific goals. Most importantly, it allows you to work with a professional even with a busy lifestyle and limited budget.

Ok, whether or not you have worked with a personal trainer before- let me tell you what I see a lot of….

I see people all the time totally frustrated with their present health and fitness status. They join a health club or gym, but after that- that’s where they get stuck. The “diet”, “all those machines…and how do you use them?!” They are overwhelmed with information- one of the main reasons for participant non-compliance and program failure.

So, they realize they need some help and look into hiring a personal trainer. They meet with them and learn what the personal trainer can do for them. They show them their pricing options and sign them up for 5 sessions.

They’re feeling great at this point and are thinking “I’m set now- I’ll be ripped in no time!”

…WRONG!

They finish the 5 sessions with their trainer. It took them all of 2 weeks to burn through those sessions and while they’ve learned a lot, they’ve still got loads of questions.

They realize they need more sessions, but at $75 per hour it’s getting really expensive. They’ve got a jist of what to do, but they still feel they need some additional direction.

They’re wondering- do they…

  • ...stick with the program for another 4-5 weeks?
  • ...change it up- add some weight, reduce the reps, increase the sets or shorten the rest times?
  • ...find a workout partner to help with the motivation and/or accountability?

    ~ How Online Training Works ~

    The day that you subscribe to my online services you will receive an email from me. It will contain your very own username and password which you will use to access your private control center.

    This initial welcome email will provide you with a link to log into your account and fill out the appropriate questionnaires about your current health, goals and fitness level.

    From 1 to 7 days (…depending on the plan you choose and/or my work schedule) you will receive your program designed specifically for you for an entire month.

    You can print it out and take it with you to the gym or simply view it online- demonstration videos and all. Remember, your program will be designed for the home, health club or hotel room- whatever location you have requested.

    The exercise photos, instructions, tips and cautions, reps, sets, videos and nutrition plans are all in 1 central location. It's all very user-friendly…and most importantly, it’s built around you and your goals!


    Almost every exercise comes with two sample pictures and a video demonstration as well. *The ones that don’t are exercises that I’ve personally added to the system; however, they do come with very detailed instructions. Click here for samples.

    In the Event You Want Even More Guidance…

    No problem. My third plan covers everything…especially the hardest part, the NUTRITION! You notice I said “nutrition” and not “diet”. I’m talking about fueling your body for optimum performance both in and out of the gym- utilizing a healthy,“real world” approach- not some crazy protein shake schedule that includes a bit of food here and there. I use state-of-the-art, registered dietitian designed, software to assist me in constructing the most effective, yet realistic, nutrition plan- all designed around your personal lifestyle and goals. You even get a choice in what program you prefer:

  • Low-fat
  • Heart Healthy
  • Vegetarian
  • On-the-Go
  • Low-Carb
  • and 14 other options!
  • It’s all there- broken down into a 7 day meal-by-meal menu. Nothing is left to chance. Your meal plan is specifically designed for you. All that you have to do is commit.

    Hey, but that’s not all I’ve got for you. Because I realize how confusing all this new stuff is- I’ll also send you a full grocery list that will coincide with your nutrition program. Talk about convenient! It’s my way of making this approach as painless as possible. I assure you- you will not believe the simplicity of utilizing my services.

    My online training services will definitely speed up the process.
